Q: One/Some slot(s) in charger does not have signal after inserting the battery?
R: Please adjust the battery lightly in order to get the best connection
Q: Charger does not have signal after connecting with power?
R: Please contact cs@ppowerbattery.com
Q: When inserting the fully charged batteries into Arlo camera, it shows only 50%?
R: Please use them till it reaches 0 capacity before recharging them
Q: When inserting new batteries into Arlo camera, it shows only 50%?
R: Due to air transport safety reason, it only allows to be loaded around 50% capacity, please use them first before recharging.
Q: Battery does not have signal in charger after several time of use?
R: It may due to dropped voltage, please try to use the charger to charge a few time; if problem remains, please contact cs@ppowerbattery.com , it may need special charger to activate the battery
